The City of Marshalltown is seeking volunteer applicants for an opening on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee.
The Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 4:15 pm. Meetings are held at the Veteran's Memorial Coliseum, 20 W Main Street. This committee consists of seven members who have an interest in park and recreation matters. Members must be 18 years of age and reside within the corporate limits of the City. All committee members shall be appointed for two-year terms and may be reappointed for successive terms without limit.
