Card Processing Fees
- Parking tickets: 3.95% with a minimum of $2.50. If paying online there is an additional $1.25 fee.
- Accounts Receivable: 3.75% with a minimum of $2.50. If paying online there is an additional $1.25 fee.

Pay your parking ticket here - you’ll need to know your Social Security or license plate number.
Accounts Receivable
Pay your accounts receivable statement here - you’ll need to know your account number. This includes gas, plumbing and electrical permits, rental registrations and current nuisance abatement charges.
If you have a question about your parking ticket or accounts receivable statement or invoice, please call the cashiering office at 641-754-5700, option #4.

Automated Traffic Enforcement Violations
The City of Marshalltown does not collect fines for automated traffic violations. All payments must be made through Sensys Gatso by mailing payment to the address below. Cash payments by mail are highly discouraged.

The City Council has approved an agreement with Municipal Collections of America for the collection of unpaid Automated Traffic Enforcement fines. Municipal Collections of America, 3348 Ridge Road, Lansing, IL 60438, 1-877-751-7115.
State of Iowa Setoff Program
The City of Marshalltown utilizes the State of Iowa Setoff Program to withhold outstanding accounts receivable or parking ticket fines.
Marshall County Treasurer's Office
The City of Marshalltown utilizes holds on vehicle registrations for the collection of unpaid parking fines. Fines can be paid directly to the City or the Marshall County Treasurer's Office to release the hold at the time of registration.
