Since March 23rd Council Chambers has been closed to the public, but for the June 22nd meeting, Mayor Greer has given the green light to allow the public to attend in a limited number of seats available. Social distancing has limited the number of people that can attend any City Council meetings, as the City’s elected officials sit 6 feet apart, along with City staff and the media. 17 seats will be available to the public on a first come, first serve basis.
In addition to attending in person, individuals can participate in the City Council meeting through a GoToMeeting link and call in number below, as well as providing written comments to clerk@marshalltown-ia.gov or in the dropbox in front of 24 North Center Street no later than 4pm on Monday.
