Beginning the morning of Monday April 13th for at least a week, the following will be closed:  Lincoln Tower Circle - the circular road in front of Lincoln Towers off Lincoln Way.  Also, State St from Center St. to N. 1st St.  They will be working on the Coliseum.  Please contact Jay Koch in the Public Works Department (754-5734) if you have any questions.
