On Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 4:51 a.m, Officers from the Marshalltown Police Department responded to a report of a possible burglary in progress in the 100 block of South 1st Street. Officers arrived on scene and located three suspects breaking into a construction trailer. Upon further investigation by officers on scene all three suspects were taken into custody and are currently being held at the Marshall County Jail:
Jared Culver, age 28, of LeGrand, Iowa

1. Burglary in the 3rd Degree – Class “D” Felony
2. Possession Burglars Tools – Aggravated Misdemeanor
3. Possession Controlled Substance 3rd Offense – Aggravated Misdemeanor
4. Possession Drug Paraphernalia – Simple Misdemeanor

Douglas Davis, age 25, of Marshalltown, Iowa

1. Burglary in the 3rd Degree – Class “D” Felony
2. Possession Burglars Tools – Aggravated Misdemeanor
3. Possession Drug Paraphernalia – Simple Misdemeanor

Adam Flathers, age 32, of Marshalltown, Iowa

1. Burglary in the 3rd Degree – Class “D” Felony
2. Possession Burglars Tools – Aggravated Misdemeanor
