On December 30, 2024, at approximately 3:29pm, officers of the Marshalltown Police Department located a subject at Casey’s on North 3rd Avenue who had multiple active warrants for their arrest. A traffic stop was initiated in the 800 block of North 3rd Avenue and a pursuit ensued. The subject was able to make it to his residence at 206 Palmer Drive in Marshalltown and shut the garage door behind him as officers were arriving on scene.

Officers of the Marshalltown Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Office executed the search warrant on the residence for the subject at 4:59pm.
