On December 10, 2024, at 4:03pm, the Marshalltown Police Department arrested Ibrahim Lugendo, age 27, of Marshalltown. Mr. Lugendo was charged with Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree. It is alleged Mr. Lugendo forced an adult female to fondle his genitals on November 24, 2024. Following his arrest, Mr. Lugendo was taken to the Marshall County Jail and remains in custody.
