On November 14, 2024, at 8:47am, a traffic stop was conducted in the 1400 block of Marion Street on a known wanted subject, Thomas Daniel Sheets. Sheets was wanted for a violation of a no contact order. During the execution of the traffic stop a loaded firearm and methamphetamine were located in Sheets’ vehicle. Sheets (age 38) of Toledo was arrested for the following criminal charges.
- Possession with Intent for Delivery-Methamphetamine (Class B Felony)
- Possession Firearm as a Felon (Class D Felony)
- Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp (Class D Felony)
