On Thursday, April 18, 2024, the Marshalltown Police Department arrested Miguel Angel Ibarra-Lemus, age 25, of Marshalltown. Mr. Ibarra-Lemus has been charged with:
- Sexual Abuse – 3rd Degree (Class C Felony)
This arrest was made in connection with a sexual abuse crime that was reported to law enforcement on November 29, 2023, involving an adult victim. Following his arrest, Mr. Ibarra-Lemus was taken to the Marshall County Jail and has since bonded out of jail.
(A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.)
