Marshalltown Park & Recreation Entrance will be closed to the public on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024 & Wednesday, April 10th, 2024 due to construction immediately in front of the entrance. Please use the City Hall entrance on Center Street for any needs or call Park & Rec @ 641-754-5715.
Also, Another Phase of State Street Reconstruction Project Construction will begin Wednesday, 04/10/24
Starting Wednesday, April 10th, 2024, the N 2nd St intersection will open to traffic in the north/south direction and the N 1st St intersection will close to traffic. The area of just east of 2nd Street intersection will also close headed east to where the road is currently closed.
With existing construction underway, the following areas will be closed Wednesday on:
State Street from east of N 3rd St to west of N 2nd St
State Street from east of N 2nd St to west of N 1st Ave
Intersections Closed:
N 1st St
N Center St
The Coliseum Parking Lot will be accessible though the existing entrance in the alley immediately south of the parking lot and a temporary exit drive that will exit onto N 1st Street.
