Due to a water main break, Marshalltown Water Works, the City of Marshalltown, and Iowa DOT have coordinated to close the northbound lanes of Highway 14, north of Olive Street. Southbound lanes remain open at this time, but the situation remains fluid.
A detour route has been established for Highway 14 that will utilize E Olive Street, S 12th Avenue, and E Anson Street. Local traffic may utilize other local roads to detour.
