On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 9:45pm, the Marshalltown Police Department arrested Miguel Angel Gutierrez, age 28, of Marshalltown. Mr. Gutierrez has been charged with Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree. Mr. Gutierrez was taken to the Marshall County Jail and remains in their custody.
This arrest was made in connection with an investigation that began on April 10, 2023 involving a crime reported by an adult female.
