Marshall County Attorney Jordan Gaffney announced on July 18 that a Marshall County jury found Rudy Singh, age 35, of Marshalltown, guilty of two counts of Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree, four counts of Child Endangerment, and one count of Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. The jury returned this verdict on July 17 following a trial that took place last week. The criminal charges involved the sexual abuse of a person under the age of twelve and domestic abuse in the presence of minor children. A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for August 28, 2023. Mr. Singh remains in custody pending sentencing.
