The Marshalltown Police Department K9 team is proud to announce we have met and surpassed our K9 fundraising goal of $30,000.00. We began this fundraising adventure on March 1. As of April 14, we have raised over $35,000.00! This is fantastic news!
None of this is possible without you! Our community has supported the K9 program for thirty years. Through your generosity we have built a K9 program that is second to none. Your continued donations will help us keep this program running for years to come. This program only exists because of the support of the community. Our success has always depended upon the community. We are honored and humbled by your support. Thank you Marshalltown and Marshall County!
Watch for an announcement in the coming weeks as we assign a new K9 handler to the team and ultimately purchase another K9 so Atlas and Officer Nick Svoboda have partners they can rely upon.
Thank you everyone for your support and for always having our back!
