Congratulations Lt. Tricia Thein! Today, Lt. Thein graduated from the FBI National Academy, Session #283. We are super proud of her! This is a prestigious honor for Lt. Thein. She has worked very hard to make this happen. Lt. Thein has courage, grit and a determined spirit that inspires us all.
The FBI National Academy is a program of the FBI Academy for active U.S law enforcement personnel and international law enforcement personnel who seek to enhance their leadership skills and to raise their law enforcement standards and knowledge. The FBI National Academy is held four times a year. Up to 250 candidates go through each ten-week session. Participation is by invitation only through a nomination process. For the selected few, the academy tests the participants leadership skills and pushes them through a grueling physical fitness and academic program. The FBI Academy is the world's premier law enforcement learning and research center. Graduates bring back the skills they learned to advocate for law enforcement best practices worldwide. Lt. Thein is now part of an alumni of great law enforcement leaders and visionaries.
