UPDATE: Mr. Jose Eduardo Victor, age 31, of Marshalltown has been arrested. He was arrested on April 27, 2022 at 3:33pm.
Mr. Victor is charged with:
- Eluding
- Reckless Driving
- Failure to Obey a Stop Sign
- Failure to Yield the Right of Way
- Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance
- Speeding
- Operation without Registration
Other charges are possible pending the completion of this investigation.
