On February 8, 2022 at 2:58 am, the residents of 8 South 6th Avenue reported to the police department that someone shot into their home. There were no injuries. The residents had a Ring camera and the suspect was identified by the homeowners. After some investigation, Adan Manzo-Macias was taken into custody.
Adan Manzo-Macias is charged with:
- Intimidation with a dangerous weapon (Class C Felony)
- Reckless use of a firearm (Aggravated Misdemeanor)
- Stalking-with a dangerous weapon (Class D Felony)
- Use of a dangerous weapon in the commission of a crime (Aggravated Misdemeanor)
(A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.)
