CIVILIAN FINGERPRINT SERVICES NOW AVAILABLE
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in vast modifications to operations throughout the private and public sectors. To protect our officers and civilian staff, as well as the general public, the Marshalltown Police Department had suspended our civilian fingerprinting services as a precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of those involved.
As of June 8, 2020, the Marshalltown Police Department will resume our civilian fingerprinting service by appointment only. The current charge for this service will remain the same, $8.00 per fingerprint card. Agencies and/or employers requesting a background check must furnish their own fingerprint card at the time of the appointment. The Marshalltown Police Department cannot provide fingerprint cards for private use.
