Jose Luis Ramirez-Sanchez, Age 62
On February 28, 2018, an adult female reported to the Marshalltown Police Department she was sexually assaulted during the summer of 2017. The complaining party reported to police she had a lower body injury and was referred to a local man who performed massages in his home. During the massage session, the suspect allegedly sexually assaulted the complaining party.
After completing an investigation of these allegations, Jose Luis Ramirez-Sanchez, age 62, of Marshalltown was subsequently charged with Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree (Class C Felony). Following this arrest, additional victims came forward with new allegations involving Mr. Ramirez-Sanchez.
Following an investigation of the new allegations, on April 6, 2018, a nationwide arrest warrant for Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree was issued by the court for Mr. Ramirez-Sanchez. Law enforcement authorities are actively seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Jose Luis Ramirez-Sanchez.
