Online Building Rental is Now Available
You are now able to view available dates / buildings and reserve buildings online.
Parks and Recreation has five enclosed park buildings available for rent.
- The Community Building and Reunion Hall, located at Riverview Park are available to rent all year.
- Anson Park Building, Kiwanis Park Building and the Riverview Park Log Cabin Building are only available seasonally (May to October). As of January 2017, rentals are accepted through December 2018.
Building rental hours are 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., on the date of your rental.
Please note: Requested dates / buildings "cannot be held." Buildings are reserved on a first come first serve basis online or at the Parks and Recreation office.
Only free standing signs or decorations are allowed. Nothing may be attached, inside or outside, to the building, trees, signs, poles or anything within any park.
Bands are not permitted in any building, however a DJ is allowed. Music must end by 10 p.m. If complaints are received about loud music, the rental will be ended and the deposit will not be returned.
Alcohol is permitted only within buildings rented in Riverview Park. View Alcohol Rules and Regulations (PDF). Renters including alcohol are required to show a driver's license or identification.
Building keys may be picked up at the Parks and Recreation office the Thursday or Friday prior to a weekend rental or the day before a week day rental. A credit/debit card must be on file at the Parks and Recreation office before a building key will be issued. There is a $25 fee for issuing keys outside Parks and Recreation office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
