Water Walking

This is a great option for summer fitness! Water's buoyancy and resistance make water walking ideal, especially for people with back, knee, or ankle pain and / or arthritis. The Lazy River is 556 linear feet. There are both steps and an easy entrance ramp in and out of the water. Youth age 10 and older may walk with an adult. All who enter the facility during this time must water walk or swim laps.
